Wave asked:
The one I have in mind was built in the 1950s in a tear-drop shape and is extremely compact. I don't know the name of it, so if you do, please suggest a name. They have long since been discontinued.
Baring one of these, I'd like some other small and economical camping trailor that can be pulled by a mid sized to small car.
How do I load a Pontiac Montana Mini Van with a lot of stuff for camping?

There is a company called who is making reproductions of the original teardrop type trailers.
Don’t know about prices but you can use their dealer locator to find a dealer close to you.

Trailers of that type are not going at a cut rate. The best place is to look in. Find your state then city. Once you’ve done that, look in ‘FOR SALE’. There’s an RV section there.

Go to an RV show. People in the market to upgrade often bring what they’d like to sell and the parking lot is usually full of them. You’ll also see what’s new in RV design and prices are always the lowest.
