Where can i get a walking stick umbrella?

I recently watched an article on the website www.grand-illusions.com about an umbrella collection. One of the umbrellas caught my eye, it looked like a walking stick, but when you removed the rubber end and slid a ring on it an umbrella came out. If anyone can tell me where to find one of those i would be most grateful.
