It's too cold to use the outdoor grill but my kids want burgers tonight...I have a grill pan for the stove top or should I broil them?

fry them, they will be dry if you broil them and they don’t grill very well, frying is the best way

Either way is good. Which ever way is easier for you. I have done them both ways. (recipe idea) quick fry the turkey burgers, remove from pan, add Campbell’s Golden mushroom soup, add the burgers back in. Simmer at least 10 minutes. Tastes like salsbury steak. Serve with a green vegie and potatoes, rice, or pasta.

I cooked mine about 2 weeks ago on a griddle/grill pan. They were great. I had to put them under the broiler though to melt the cheese.

Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet on high, add burgers, reduce heat to medium and cover with lid. Cook 4 to 6 minutes per side.
