Talk to an agent that sells trailers. You may also hunt down a lender that will lend yourself, that is the biggest obstacle to selling a trailer, no one can get a loan to buy one.

First, make sure the price you’re asking is reasonable for what you’re selling, and where you’re selling it. Some people seem to forget that mobile homes depreciate like mad, and ask way more than they’re actually worth. Check for homes in your area, along with your local craigslist ( ) [ go to real estate and run searches for: trailer, mobile home, single wide]. See how similar trailers are priced in comparison to yours, and if needed, drop the price.
I’d try selling it yourself — craigslist is a decent place to post. Make sure you include photographs [of the lot, and the interior - bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, etc], but your park management may also work as a brokerage — call them up and ask, or see what they suggest. Classifieds work well, too.
