Well you can’t adjust the heat for one thing. You got “Heat” or “Off”…no in between. Personally, I haven’t used it, but it looks about as appealing as Sterno. You might be OK to heat water or put it under a chaffing dish (as pictured) but you are NOT going to cook a bacon, eggs, and homefries breakfast in a 14″ skillet on this stove either.
Any serious camper will want to have a real stove that uses White Gas, Isobutane, or Denatured Alcohol (for Backpackers) or Liquid Propane for (Campground Campers.)

How are you going to be using this product?
Car Camping in a campground, or backpacking?
What you need to consider is “heat out-put”
That will determine how long you will use it to cook anything or boil water. If the out-put is low it will take much longer than a hotter stove.
Also the size of the group you will be cooking for.
You might be able to cook on a low heat stove for just one person, but as group size increases, you will need a hotter stove, the bigger the group, the bigger the pot.
If you plan on camping many times, get the best stove you can afford.
If you will be camping just a few times, then a cheap stove will do.
Otherwise if you will be camping many times, and purchase cheaply, you will end up replacing the cheap goods, and spending more money in replacements.

That’s the Magically High priced sterno stove you can get for cheap at Walmart and army surplus. Don’t waste your money. Sterno stoves have been around since WW1 and for boiling water or trying to cook up some food they are a poor choice. That’s because there true purpose was a source of low heat to just warm up some precooked food. I have used sternos for years but as I said only to heat up a precooked meal and to be able to throw away the “stove” when I am finished, less packing of things to bring home.
